* The figure shown is in respect of properties being sold with a sale price of less than £750,000. If the sale price is between £750,000 and £900,000, the costs charge rises to £1050 plus VAT at 20%. If the sale price exceeds £900,000, the costs charge rises to £1,700 plus VAT at 20% and in the event of exceptional complexity any additional charges will be agreed in advance. 

 

**Each management company/landlord can charge what they like to supply the management enquiry pack. This can vary from £0 to £500 plus VAT of 20%.

Disbursements are costs related to your matter that are payable to third parties, such as Land Registry fees. We handle the payment of the disbursements on your behalf to ensure a smoother process. There are certain disbursements which will be set out in the individual lease in relation to the Property.

Purchase of leasehold residential property

Our fees cover all of the work required to complete the purchase of your new home, including dealing with registration at the Land Registry and dealing with the payment of Stamp Duty Land Tax (Stamp Duty) if the property is in England, or Land Transaction Tax (Land Tax) if the property you wish to buy is in Wales.
